Registration open for Go Fish Education Center summer camp

The Go Fish Education Center announced they will host fishing day camps this summer beginning in June through July.

Registration is open, but spots are limited. Participating kids will learn how to fish, receive safety tips, casting instructions and how to clean your catch.

Kids will also learn about fish biology, habitats and conservation through guided instruction and a variety of educational activities.

Registration dates for summer sessions:

Session 1: June 9-11; 9:30 am-3:30 pm daily (deadline to register-June 4)

Session 2: June 16-18; 9:30 am-3:30 pm daily (deadline to register-June 11)

Session 3: July 14-16; 9:30 am-3:30 pm daily (deadline to register-July 9)

Cost for the camp is $100 (due on the first day of each session), which includes:

  • Admission to the Go Fish Education Center
  • Educational instruction
  • Use of equipment and bait.
  • Campers will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottle.
